My Relapse Prevention Plan

Based on Gorski & Miller's 10 Phases of Relapse β€” personalised for my recovery journey

πŸ‘€ Sponsor🩺 Counsellor πŸ’‘ AngπŸ‘§ Lucy (16) πŸ‘¦ Tom (14)🀝 Justin 🀝 Ian🀝 Matthew

Relapse is a process, not an event. It begins long before the first drink or drug. By understanding Gorski's 10 phases, I can learn to spot the early warning signs β€” in myself, and so can the people who love me β€” and take action before it goes too far.
